The Global League of United Organizations (GLUO) Inc., founded in 2004, is a Civil Society Organization registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of the Philippines in 2009. Recognized by various government agencies, international organizations, and accredited by the Philippine Department of Health (DOH) as a Traditional and Complementary Health Care Organization, GLUO Inc. operates within the legal framework of the Philippines.

As a Full Member of the World Naturopathic Federation (WNF), GLUO Inc. represents Naturopathic Associations in the Philippines and promotes Naturopathy Education Programs.

GLUO Inc. is a multi-awarded organization known for its impactful work in public health and community socio-economic development. With a focus on improving community well-being, GLUO Inc. manages over 500 Community Outreach Pharmacy Programs across the country.

Furthermore, GLUO Inc. actively supports microenterprises through its Socio-Economic Development Program, empowering individuals and families by providing livelihood opportunities and contributing to poverty alleviation.

THE FOUNDER

Dr. Ronniel A. Seramines is a distinguished healthcare professional with extensive experience in holistic medicine and Public health care administration. He is the President and Founder of the Global League of United Organizations (GLUO) Inc., a Civil Socety Organization dedicated to community development. A passionate advocate for holistic health, Dr. Seramines possesses expertise in naturopathy, acupuncture, and herbalism.

He holds multiple advanced degrees, including both Local and International Accreditations in naturopathy. Actively involved in both international and local organizations, he currently serves as a consultant and faculty head for naturopathy at a prestigious state university. Dr. Seramines is a respected figure in the field of holistic medicine and has authored numerous educational materials.

THE CO-FOUNDER

Dr. Lea B. Bayoy, a distinguished professional with a diverse background, serves as the Vice President and Co-Founder of the Global League of United Organizations (GLUO) Inc. Dr. Bayoy brings a wealth of experience to her leadership role, having served as a former Department Head at Philippine Airlines and is a DOH PITAHC Certified Naturopath.

Her academic credentials are impressive, including a Masters in Management in Public Health Administration and a PhD in Holistic Medicine. This strong foundation in both healthcare and business administration equips Dr. Bayoy with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively lead and contribute to the success of GLUO Inc.
